Frank William Halowell

Frank Halowell was born in Ohio and raised in West Virginia and brought to California by his mother Olive and Stepfather Corky when he was a child. He was the youngest of four. He had 3 older brothers who have all preceded him in death. He was married twice and had one son Courtney who preceded him in death and has 2 living stepchildren Kelly and Sheldon who were by his side at death. Frank had a long career as a truck driver across the United States and retired from the Port of San Diego. His wife Carol who he Loved deeply preceded him influenced him greatly and showed him to be a follower of Jesus Christ. The 2 of them started a clown ministry to spread the word of God in California and other countries. Many knew the 2 of them by their clown names Slim and Jingle Bells. He believed that if Jesus Christ could Love him that his Love for you is possible Too. Isaiah 41:10 so do not fear, for I am with you, do not be dismayed for I am your God, I will strengthen you and help you and uphold you with my righteous right hand.
